The benefit is that the feeling of happiness for you can increase, and now to get this feeling, you just need to sleep in a warm bed, eat, hear the birds singing outside the window, watch it rain, snow, and enjoy these moments, thereby filling your feelings with the simplest happiness that is available to most people, in fact, by the presence of life, life itself, which in itself is a gift, and the feeling of life itself can become the very feeling of happiness.
