Краткая
Калий (К) является важным диетическим минералом и электролитом. Он необходим для функционирования всех живых клеток и, следовательно, присутствует во всех растительных и животных тканях. Нормальная функция организма зависит от правильной регуляции концентрации калия как внутри, так и снаружи клеток. Этот микроэлемент играет важную роль в регуляции электрических сигналов организма (поддержании клеточной полярности, передаче сигналов нейронов, передаче сердечных импульсов и сокращении мышц), в транспорте питательных веществ и метаболитов, а также в активации ферментов [1,2].
