I would like to study in the intensive English course at your Language Center during the Fall Term of 1997. Please send me the necessary forms and documents.
I understand that the tuition at your Center is $ 990 for each six week term end books cost approximately $ 90. Living expenses are estimated to be between $ 1,465 and 1,740 for each term. Therefore, I should have at least $ 2,545 available to ma. I agree to be responsible for these expanses.
Please help me arrange housing at your Center. I would like to reserve a shared bedroom. I understand that the cost of в shared bedroom is $515 per term in addition to a $ 25 per term cleaning fee, a $35 utility charge, and в $50 damage deposit. I am mailing you a non-refundable deposit of$ 200 which will be applied to my first term's rent.
I also understand that the Language Center will notify the Immigration and Naturalization Service of the United States of America if I arrive in the USA without adequate funds or if I do not maintain my status by studying full time.
