Многие люди занимаются психологической помощью другим, даже не задумываясь о собственных духовных потребностях. Другие ищут исцеление исключительно в духовной сфере — в поисках Бога или вселенского «Я», — даже не осознавая важности поиска и развития собственного «я». Здоровье зиждется на трех столпах: теле, психике и духовной связи. Игнорирование любого из этих факторов приводит к дисбалансу и болезни.

Когда мы хотим исцелиться, но ищем только в легкодоступных местах, то обычно находим то, что Насреддин и его соседи обнаружили под уличным фонарем: ничего. Насреддин в своей ипостаси простака не знал об этом. А в роли мудреца и

учителя прекрасно это осознавал.

Насреддин, простак и мудрец, живет в каждом из нас.
