При нарушении распределения вентиляции и при нарушении соответствия кровотока вентиляции отмечается увеличение наклона 3-й фазы (плато) на капнографической кривой.
Транскутанное измерение PСO<sub>2</sub> - метод измерения СO<sub>2</sub> фотометрическим анализатором (в инфракрасном диапазоне) [137]. При уменьшении кровотока в коже, при отеках или при ожирении обследуемых данный метод имеет большие погрешности [138].

Исследование сложных респираторных физиологических процессов
Легочные функциональные тесты позволяют оценить влияние заболевания на респираторную функцию, и не дают возможности поставить точный диагноз, тем не менее они являются важной и необходимой частью клинического обследования пациентов.
